Credentials and Background
Dr. Badillo received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College. His postgraduate training was completed at North Shore University Hospital, and he performed his adult urology training at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Badillo is Chief of Urology, St. Francis Hospital, Roslyn, and former Chief, Division of Robotic Urology, North Shore University Hospital, Manhasset.
Dr. Badillo is a clinical instructor of urology at Cornell University Medical College and a clinical assistant professor of urology at North Shore University Hospital. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Badillo serves as Chief of Urology at St. Francis Hospital where he specializes in minimally invasive procedures, such as laparoscopic and robotic surgery of the prostate, kidney, bladder, and adrenal gland. He is a member of the Minimally Invasive Robotic Association, Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons, the Endourological Society, and is a member of the Medical Advisory Board of the National Kidney Foundation. Dr. Badillo is recognized as one of "America's Top Doctors - Urology" since 2004 in the Guide to America's Top Doctors by the Consumer's Research Council of America.
Dr. Badillo is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Felix L. Badillo, M.D., a senior partner and practicing urologist since 1983, joined the practice in 1985. In addition to general urology, Dr. Badillo specializes in minimally invasive, hand-assisted and laparoscopic surgery for kidney, bladder and prostate cancer with special interest in robotic surgery. To date, Dr. Badillo leads all urologists on Long Island in the number of successfully completed robotic procedures and actively trains numerous area physicians in robotic surgery.
